We swapped our bundler and cached the type-checker, and CI dropped from twelve minutes to under six.
The biggest win was splitting the test suite so the slow integration pass runs in parallel with unit tests. Happy to share the config if anyone wants it.

help
I need to pull the version and date from each heading in a keep-a-changelog file. My current pattern misses the pre-release tags. Any pointers?
metadata.yml community/post-detail
name: "Post Detail"
short_description: A full forum post card with the title, author identity, timestamp, rendered body, and a footer of vote, reply, share and save actions.
long_visual_description: >
A card on the surface colour with a card radius and soft shadow. The header stacks a large heading
title, an author row with a round avatar (image or initials fallback) beside the name and an
optional flair pill, and the post time, followed by optional tag chips. The rendered post body
fills the middle in the on-surface colour. A divided footer holds the vote score pill and Reply,
Share and Save action buttons that tint on hover.
use_cases:
- The opening post at the top of a forum thread page.
- A permalinked answer or reply detail view.
- A featured community post embedded on a home page.
- A moderation review card showing a reported post in full.
- A knowledge-base article rendered from user content.
- A blog-style community update with author and actions.
recommended_for:
- Displaying one post in full with author and actions.
- Thread pages where the first post needs prominence.
avoid_for:
- A compact list of many topics (use thread-list).
- The reply input itself (use reply-composer).

example_usage: >
Pass a title, an author object (name plus optional avatar, flair and precomputed initials), a
pre-formatted time, and body_html as trusted pre-rendered HTML. Add an optional score and tags. The
footer buttons are skeleton triggers; wire them to your own vote, reply, share and save handlers.
how_to_use: >
The avatar shows author.avatar when present and falls back to the precomputed author.initials
otherwise, matching the online-members pattern. body_html is inserted raw, so sanitise it upstream.
The footer action buttons carry post-detail__reply/share/save hook classes for wiring behaviour.
props:
title: "The post headline."
author: "Poster object: name, optional avatar URL, optional flair pill label, and precomputed initials fallback."
time: "Pre-formatted post time, absolute or relative."
body_html: "Trusted, pre-rendered HTML for the post body; sanitise upstream."
score: "Optional pre-formatted vote score shown in the footer."
tags: "Optional array of label chips shown under the header."
slots: {}
example_prompts:
- Render a forum post with a maintainer flair and a vote score of 128.
- Show the opening post of a thread with performance and tooling tags.
- Display a reported post in full for moderator review.
lifecycle: experimental

editorial_guidance: >
Keep the title specific and the flair short (Maintainer, OP, Mod). Sanitise body_html before
passing it. Label the action buttons plainly and keep the footer to a few primary actions.

notes: The title is a real heading, the avatar image is decorative with the name in text, and every footer action is a labelled button; body_html must be sanitised by the caller.
